Dr. Jun Lynard Tugas is an ANCC Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice dedicated to helping patients improve their long-term health through personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
Originally trained in the Philippines, Dr. Tugas earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 before continuing his healthcare career in Hawaii. His background includes nursing facilities, hospice and palliative care, residential care homes, and case management, giving him a broad understanding of patient-centered care across different stages of life.
During his advanced clinical training, Dr. Tugas gained experience in geriatrics with The Queen’s Health Systems in nursing facility settings, primary care with Hawaii Pacific Health – Straub Clinics, and community primary care and pulmonology with Dr. Nestor Del Rosario in Waipahu.
With a strong passion for preventive medicine, wellness, and whole-person care, Dr. Tugas earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu. His approach focuses on addressing current health concerns while identifying risks, optimizing wellness, and supporting sustainable health habits.
Today, Dr. Tugas leads Executive Health Lounge by FaithCare Health, offering primary care, executive wellness, IV hydration, vitamin injections, medical weight management, nutritional support, and health education in a more personal and proactive healthcare setting.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Tugas enjoys music ministry, spending time with his family, and serving the Hawaii community.
